You CheckInn allows you todraw up a departure inventory of fixturesa detailed and meticulous report evolving with the times depending on any changes that may be made to the property (alterations, works, etc.).

The tenants who have downloaded the application free of charge will be able, on arrival, to validate the inventory of fixtures room by room and, if necessary, make observations which will, in turn, be validated (or not) by you, thereby respects the contradictory nature of the inventory of fixtures.
On departure, the tenant validates the inventory of fixtures again, room by room, in just a few minutes, which is then archived and stored in the Tezos blockchain.
When the accommodation is being prepared for the new tenant, either by yourself or by someone you have delegated, you will in turn validate (or not) the inventory of fixtures at the end of the tenancy, whether it is validated or modified, this new inventory of fixtures will be the starting point for the new tenant... and so on.
